What data is collected

The site itself does not ask you for any data: there are no sign-ups, accounts or newsletters. The only source of analytics data about visitors is Yandex Metrika, and it only loads after you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner. Before you accept, the site sends no visit data to any analytics service.

Like any website, the hosting and CDN providers behind it may keep standard technical request logs (IP address, request time, user agent). This is routine web infrastructure, not something the site owner directly controls.

Why data is used

Yandex Metrika data (if you consent) is used only to understand how visitors use the site: which sets get listened to, where traffic comes from. This helps make the site better. It is not used for advertising, retargeting, or sold to third parties.

Processing by Yandex Metrika is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Third-party services

The site runs a hidden SoundCloud widget player, which by default loads an iframe from soundcloud.com. This service may set its own cookies independent of your consent to this site's analytics, under SoundCloud's own privacy policy. Links to Mixcloud, VK Video and YouTube lead to external sites governed by their own policies.

Yandex Metrika is operated by Yandex, a company registered in Russia. This means that if you consent to analytics, some visit data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area, under Yandex's own privacy policy.

Retention

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, and in line with Yandex Metrika's own retention periods.
